Jonathan Boudet primarily advises clients on the management of their tax matters, both in advisory work and in tax litigation, including disputes with the tax authorities and criminal tax proceedings.
Prior to founding Boudet Avocats, Jonathan spent eight years as an associate in the tax department of a leading business law firm, where he developed strong expertise in complex and high-stakes tax matters.
He is a member of the French Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).

Mariana Pereira is a tax lawyer admitted to the Barreau de Montpellier and also admitted to the Bar of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and the Bar of Porto (Portugal). Her international background gives her a broad, comparative approach to tax matters, particularly in cross-border contexts.
She advises clients in tax law, both in advisory work and in tax litigation, serving a French and international clientele. Drawing on experience gained within several law firms, she supports her clients with rigour, pragmatism, and a strong technical command of complex tax issues.
